Fantastic visit today! Mary was very happy and greeted me with a smile. She was extremely cooperative with blood pressure checks (124/80). Hydration was excellent today, hitting 1500ml by late afternoon. We worked on cognitive recognition card games and she excelled, remembering the names of all her grandchildren. Administered all afternoon vitamins.

Mary had a steady day today. Assisted her with personal hygiene in the morning. She took her Amlodipine with breakfast. In the afternoon, she was slightly unfocused and completed only half of the puzzle, but did walk in the garden. Hydration was satisfactory. Evening routine was handed over to Sarah.
